Banner Engineering K50APFF50GRYC4QPMA is a pick-to-light sensor from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for optical sensing with fixed field infrared (IR) LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and base, and a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath. This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm PUR pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The mounting mode is versatile, supporting surface or base mounting with M30 or 1/2" NPSM thread options. The dome diameter measures 50mm / 2", and it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. It boasts a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (Green) that activates when the job input is active, a touch that activates the sensing light (Yellow) and output until the job input is removed, and a touch with inactive job input that activates the mispick light (Red) for 5 seconds with a normally open (NO) touch output. It features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a sensing distance of 50mm, and digital outputs including 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick.
