Banner Engineering K50APFF50GREQP, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a pick-to-light device designed with a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination. This unit features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and base. It is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. The supply voltage ranges from 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as nominal. It offers versatile mounting options including surface/base M30 / 1/2" NPSM thread. The dome diameter is 50mm / 2", and it operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C. This device is rated with a degree of protection of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activates output only, touch with inactive job input activates mispick light (R; Red), and a NO (Normally Open) touch output. It features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and digital outputs including 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick, with a 50mm sensing range.
