Banner Engineering K50APFF100GXYC3QPMA is a pick-to-light component from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for optical sensing pick-to-light applications. It features a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination within a black housing and a dome window shape. The part is constructed with a polycarbonate (PC) diffused window, a PC base, and a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath. It is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm PUR pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. The supply voltage requirement is 12Vdc-30Vdc with a nominal 24Vdc. For mounting, it offers a surface / base pole M30 thread option and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The operating ambient air temperature range is -40°C to +50°C. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activates output and sensing light (Y; Yellow), and a NO (Normally Open) touch output. The current consumption is 90mA. It has 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a sensing distance of 100mm, and digital outputs include 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick.
