Banner Engineering K50APFF100GRYC4QPMA is a pick-to-light sensor from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for optical sensing with fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and base, and a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath. This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm PUR pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can be mounted on the surface or base with an M30 / 1/2" NPSM thread. The dome diameter is 50mm / 2", and it is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. It offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activates output and sensing light (Y; Yellow) until job input is removed, and touch with inactive job input activates mispick light (R; Red) for 5s and output NO (Normally Open) touch output. It has 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and digital outputs including 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick, with a sensing distance of 100mm.
