Banner Engineering K30APT2YRGC4Q, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with Gen.2 LED illumination. This product features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and offers versatile mounting options including surface, base, or pole flush with a 22mm hole and M22 thread. The dome diameter measures 30mm / 1-3/16". It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP65, NEMA 4X, and NEMA 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (Yellow) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation of the output and sensing light (Green) until job input is removed, and a mispick light (Red) activation for 5 seconds with a Normally Open (NO) touch output upon touch with inactive job input. The device has a current consumption of 55mA, one digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, and two digital outputs (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and Mispick functions.
