K30APT2FYRCQP Description
Banner Engineering K30APT2FYRCQP, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with Gen.2 hygienic features using FDA-grade materials for both its LED illumination and construction. It features a gray housing with a dome-shaped window made from FDA-grade polycarbonate and FDA Copolyester, ensuring durability and compliance with health standards. This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector, facilitating easy and secure connections. It operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage, and can be mounted on a surface, base, or pole flush using a 22mm hole with an M22 thread. The device has a 30mm / 1-3/16" dome diameter and is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. It offers a high degree of protection with IP67 and IP69K ratings, making it suitable for challenging environments. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (Yellow) that activates when the job input is active, and a touch activates the output and sensing light (Red) with a Normally Open (NO) touch output. It has a current consumption of 55mA and includes 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch functionality.
