K30APT2FGRCQP Description
Banner Engineering K30APT2FGRCQP is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light component from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for automation applications. This Gen.2 hygienic device features LED illumination with a gray housing and a dome window shape. The material used includes FDA-grade polycarbonate for the diffused window and FDA Copolyester for the housing, ensuring compliance with stringent hygiene standards. It is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for easy installation. The K30APT2FGRCQP operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage, and can be mounted on a surface, base, or pole flush using a 22mm hole with an M22 thread. The dome diameter is 30mm / 1-3/16", and it is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. This device offers a high degree of protection with IP67 and IP69K ratings. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (Green) that activates when the job input is active, and a touch activates the output and sensing light (Red) with a Normally Open (NO) touch output. The current consumption is 55mA, and it features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch functionality.
