IVU2PTCW08 Description
Banner Engineering IVU2PTCW08 is a color image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a built-in touchscreen and an 8mm optical lens, complemented by a white LED ring light for illumination. This sensor can store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. It offers various connection types, including a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, a 4-pin M8 female connector for USB, and a 4-pin M8 male connector for Ethernet. The IVU2PTCW08 supports multiple communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is mounted using a C-mount and has a net height of 79 mm, a width of 81 mm, and a depth of 52 mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +45 °C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67. Additionally, it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and offers a refresh rate of 60fps.
