IVU2PTBI16 Description
Banner Engineering IVU2PTBI16 is a 1D / 2D fixed-mount barcode reader and image sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel camera. It comes with a built-in touchscreen and a 16mm optical lens. This unit is equipped with an infrared (IR) LED ring light for illumination and has the capacity to store up to 30 inspections. The scanner is housed in a black thermoplastic casing with an acrylic window. For connectivity, it is pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, two 4-pin M8 connectors (one female and one male) for USB and Ethernet, and an 8-pin Euro-style M12 female connector for remote display purposes. It supports multiple communication protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET, and RS-232. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. It is designed for C-mount installation and measures 79mm in height, 81mm in width, and 52mm in depth. The IVU2PTBI16 operates effectively in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +45°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67.
