IVU2PRGX06 Description
Banner Engineering IVU2PRGX06 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a remote touchscreen and a 6mm optical lens. The sensor can store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. It comes in a black housing made of thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connections, it is pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, two 4-pin M8 connectors (one female and one male) for USB and Ethernet, and an 8-pin Euro-style M12 female connector for the remote display. The IVU2PRGX06 supports multiple communication protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal. The sensor is mounted using a C-mount and measures 79mm in height, 81mm in width, and 52mm in depth. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +40 degrees Celsius. The sensor is protected to a degree of IP67 and features one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The lens type is 6mm, and it has a refresh rate of 60 frames per second.
