Banner Engineering IVU2PRGI08 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a remote touchscreen and an 8mm optical lens. The sensor is equipped with an infrared (IR) LED ring light for illumination. It has the capacity to store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connectivity, it comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, two 4-pin M8 connectors (one female and one male) for USB and Ethernet connections, and an 8-pin Euro-style M12 female connector for the remote display. It supports multiple communication protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal. It is mounted using a C-mount and measures 79 mm in height, 81 mm in width, and 52 mm in depth. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from 0 to +40°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The lens type is 8mm, and it operates with a refresh rate of 60fps.
