Banner Engineering IT16SMT5M900 is a fiber sensor belonging to the Glass fiber series, designed with a through-beam system / opposed mode flexible fiber for in-line sensing. It features a cylindrical (threaded) end tip made of stainless steel, with the sensing part composed of glass fiber encased in stainless flexible tubing fiber sheath. The fiber core has a diameter of 1.6mm, and the total length of the sensor is 6ft / 2m. It is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +480°C.
