DX80N9Q45UAA Description
Banner Engineering DX80N9Q45UAA is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) designed for predictive maintenance applications within the SureCross Q45 all-in-one series. It features a moulded reinforced thermoplastic polyester housing with an o-ring sealed transparent polycarbonate cover, a moulded acrylic lens, and stainless steel hardware, ensuring durability. This unit is mounted using an M30 thread and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6P rating. The dimensions of this RTU are H118.5mm x W44.4mm x D68.6mm. It includes a visual position indicator through red/green LEDs indicating radio status and utilizes a 900 MHz transmission frequency for communication. The design incorporates an ultrasonic sensor with a range of 100-1000mm and a 240Hz frequency, supported by FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology for enhanced communication reliability. Connection is facilitated via a wiring chamber with screw-clamp connections and 1/4"-18 NPT threaded cable access. It operates on a 3.6Vdc supply voltage from an internal battery. The housing is black, and it operates on the 900MHz ISM band with a 1W power output, capable of achieving a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power.
