DX80N9Q45RDL-QD Description
Banner Engineering DX80N9Q45RDL-QD is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) from the SureCross Q45 series, designed for versatile applications with its M30 thread mounting mode. It features a moulded reinforced thermoplastic polyester housing with an o-ring sealed transparent cover, a moulded acrylic lens, and stainless steel hardware, ensuring durability. The unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P. Its dimensions are H97.2mm x W44.5mm x D68.6mm, and it has a rectangular shape with a yellow housing. The DX80N9Q45RDL-QD provides visual position indicators through red and green LEDs for radio status and an amber LED for discrete input. It operates on a 900 MHz transmission frequency with FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology, ensuring robust communication. The device includes 2 x digital inputs (2 x dry-contacts; can be used as 1 x NAMUR input) and supports a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power. It features a 5-pin M12 female connector for connections and requires a supply voltage of 3.6Vdc from an internal battery. The light colors available are red, green, and amber, facilitating clear and distinct signaling.
