DX80N2Q45VTP Description
Banner Engineering DX80N2Q45VTP is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) designed with a moulded reinforced thermoplastic polyester housing, an o-ring sealed transparent polycarbonate cover, a moulded acrylic lens, and stainless steel hardware. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P. This unit has dimensions of H110.4mm x W44.4mm x D62.7mm and features a rectangular shape with a black housing. The visual position indicator is facilitated by red/green LEDs indicating radio status, and it supports light colors in red and green. It operates on a transmission frequency of 2400 MHz within the 2.4GHz ISM band at 65mW, capable of achieving a maximum transmission distance of 1km at nominal emission power. The DX80N2Q45VTP is part of the SureCross Q45 all-in-one series for predictive maintenance, specifically designed for QM30VT1 monitoring with FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology. It includes functions such as vibration and temperature node and a 1-wire serial interface, with a supply voltage of 3.6Vdc from an internal battery. The unit is mounted via an M30 thread.
