DQ12AB6RQ5 Description
Banner Engineering DQ12AB6RQ5 is a photo-electric sensor designed with a thermoplastic housing and a polycarbonate lens. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. This sensor emits visible red light with a wavelength of 645 nm and features a response time of 1.3ms for turning on and 0.7ms for turning off. It includes 1 digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and operates in a Light-ON mode. The DQ12AB6RQ5, part of the DQ12 series, is designed as a through-beam system or opposed mode sensor with a sensing distance of up to 3 meters. It comes in a rectangular shape and is pre-wired with a 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and features a black housing.
