DF-G3IR-ND-Q5 Description
Banner Engineering DF-G3IR-ND-Q5 is an amplifier designed for sensor applications, featuring a DIN rail mount for easy installation. It is constructed with a thermoplastic housing, PVC connector, and glass fiber, ensuring durability within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. This part offers a degree of protection rated at IP50 and NEMA 1, with infrared light color at a wavelength of 850 nm for its operational functionality. It includes 2 x digital outputs (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) for connectivity and is part of the DF-G3 Expert series, indicating its capability for long-range fiber optic sensor amplification. The design is high-power, and it connects via a pre-wired 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector. The supply voltage requirement is 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, supporting a wide range of power supplies.
