Banner Engineering DF-G3-KD-Q5 is an amplifier designed for sensor applications, featuring a DIN rail mount for easy installation. It is constructed with a thermoplastic housing and a PVC connector, ensuring durability within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This part offers a degree of protection rated at IP50 NEMA 1 and emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 635 nm. It boasts a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s and includes 2 digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile connectivity. The DF-G3-KD-Q5, part of the DF-G3 Expert series, is designed as a high-power, long-range fiber optic sensor amplifier. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, facilitating straightforward connection. This rectangular-shaped amplifier operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol for efficient data exchange.
