BMRL1816A Description
Banner Engineering BMRL1816A, part of the MINI-ARRAY 3-piece models series, is a sensor designed for measuring light screen array edge/profile. This sensor, functioning as a receiver alone, operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc and features a 448mm array length. It is constructed with an aluminium housing and is pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 mini-style connector. The BMRL1816A has a rectangular shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, making it suitable for various environments with an ambient air temperature range for operation between -20 and +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (NPN/PNP transistor) and has a beam spacing/pitch of 3/4" / 19mm, with a resolution to match. The sensing distance of this sensor spans from 90cm to 16.5m, and it is capable of detecting object sizes between 25.4 and 38.1mm.
