ABB 1SVR740774R1300 is a control relay designed for phase failure, sequence, and unbalance monitoring in 3-phase systems with adjustable thresholds. It features phase failure detection, phase sequence monitoring, phase unbalance detection, and an ON-delay trip timer. The relay has DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) contacts, offering 2C/O configuration. It is housed in an IP50 rated enclosure with IP20 rated terminals. The control voltage is specified for DIN rail mounting at 230Vac, consuming 10 VA. It supports both flexible and rigid wires ranging from 0.5-1.5mm2 or 20-16AWG. The relay operates at a frequency of 50/60 Hz, with a supply voltage ensuring 100,000 operations. The contacts are made from a Silver-Nickel alloy (Ag/Ni) and are Cadmium-free (Cd-free). It is capable of enduring 30,000,000 operations with a frame current rating at 230Vac of 0.025 A. Indicators include a yellow LED for control/supply voltage presence, a green LED for timer activity, and 2 x red LEDs for fault indication. The tripping curve ranges from 0.1-30 s, with a spring-type trip unit. Terminal types accommodate a wide temperature range from -25°C to +60°C. The control circuit rated current is 4 A at 230Vac for AC-12 and 3 A for AC-15, with a 4 A rating at 24Vdc for DC-12 and 2 A for DC-13. The short circuit current breaking capacity (Icn) and protection settings are designed for robust operation, with a processing time and measurement function optimized for (L-L) 160-300Vac operating rates.
