T18-2VPFF100-2M Description
Banner Engineering T18-2VPFF100-2M is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor within the T18-2 series, featuring a background suppression system. This sensor is housed in thermoplastic with an acrylic lens and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The T18-2VPFF100-2M offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP68, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Its design is an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, equipped with 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary). The sensing distance is set at 100mm, utilizing visible red light, and it has a response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and is threaded with an M18 size.
