Banner Engineering T18-2VNFF100-Q8 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the T18-2 series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. This sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The T18-2VNFF100-Q8 offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP68, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape allows for easy installation. This sensor provides a sensing distance of 100mm and utilizes visible red light for detection. It has a quick response time of 1.5ms and includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary) for signaling. The thread size for mounting is M18.
