SMU31ELQDP Description
Banner Engineering SMU31ELQDP is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications with opposed mode potentiometer adjustment. This sensor, part of the SMU315 universal voltage series, features a thermoplastic housing and is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 5-pin 1/2" micro connector. It operates on a supply voltage range of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) for AC and 24Vdc-240Vdc (48Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc nom.) for DC. The SMU31ELQDP offers an M18 threaded mount for installation and boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13. Its rectangular shape is designed for a sensing distance of up to 30m, utilizing infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm and a response time of 20ms / 0.02 s. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON.
