S18RW3FF100 Description
Banner Engineering S18RW3FF100 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the S18 AC series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates on a supply voltage of 20Vac-250Vac (200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nom.) and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The sensor has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type), and provides a sensing distance of 100mm. It operates with an infrared light color, has a response time of 16ms / 0.016 s, functions in Dark-ON operating mode, and utilizes a wavelength of 880 nm. The thread size for installation is M18.
