QT50R-EU-AFH Description
Banner Engineering QT50R-EU-AFH is a collision-avoidance adjustable-field radar sensor designed for a wide range of applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +65°C and features a time-of-flight system that is approved for use in Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Japan. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The QT50R-AFH series sensor is housed in an ABS / Polycarbonate (PC) material, ensuring durability, and it offers a sensing distance of 2 to 24 meters. With an IP67 degree of protection, it is well-suited for challenging environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and features a rectangular shape. It supports both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for versatile connectivity. Additionally, it is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, enhancing its operational reliability.
