Q45VR3DLQ Description
Banner Engineering Q45VR3DLQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment. It comes with an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. This sensor is equipped with a 5-pin 7/8" mini connector for easy connection and supports a wide supply voltage range, including 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal). Part of the Q45VR3 series, it offers a high degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, suitable for demanding environments. The sensor's thermoplastic housing and acrylic lens are designed for durability, while its rectangular shape facilitates straightforward integration into various setups. With a sensing distance of up to 1.8m and infrared light (IR) at a wavelength of 880 nm, it provides reliable detection capabilities. It features an operating mode that allows for both Light-ON and Dark-ON conditions, a single digital output (SPDT relay contact), and a quick response time of 15ms / 0.015 s.
