DXM1200-B1R4 Description
Banner Engineering DXM1200-B1R4 is a remote I/O controller designed for surface mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The dimensions of this controller are H50.9mm x W170.5mm x D90.8mm. It utilizes a transmission frequency of 2400 MHz and is part of the DXM1200-B1 series. This model features a 300MHz processing speed for efficient data aggregation of sensor and wireless networks, employing FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology and an M7 processor for enhanced performance. Connection options include a 4-pin M8 male connector for Ethernet, a 5-pin M12 male connector, and an RP-SMA connector. The supply voltage requirement is 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). It supports multiple communication protocols, including RS-485 Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, and PROFINET. The memory capacity comprises 16MB of on-board memory and an 8GB SD card. Operating on the 2.4GHz ISM band with a 65mW radio (HE5 MultiHop data radio; worldwide), it can achieve a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power.
